The more we know, the faster we can help: tell us what you tried to do, what happened instead, the room code if there was one, and which phone or browser you were using.

Something went wrong during a game

Reload the page first. Your place in the room is remembered on this device, so a reload brings you straight back into the game.

If the game shows "Connection Problem", check that your phone is online; switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data can drop the connection for a moment.

A room link only works while the room is alive. Rooms that nobody uses for about a day are removed, so an old link opens a "room not found" page — just create a new room.

Your account and your data

To delete your account or to ask what data we keep about you, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and for how long.
