1. The service

Say It is a free online word-guessing party game. Players create a room, split into two teams and take turns describing words without saying them while their team guesses. The service is provided as a web application accessible in a browser.

By using Say It you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You can play without an account. An optional account (email address and password) lets you save personal word packs and, in the future, purchase premium features. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must provide a valid email address. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that are used for abuse.

3. User-generated words

Players can add their own words to a room and registered users can save word packs. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing on intellectual property or otherwise objectionable.

We may remove any user-generated content and terminate access for users who violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. Advertising

The free version of Say It is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. The game requires ads to be visible in the free version. If an ad blocker is detected you may be asked to disable it for this site or to use a premium account.

5. Premium

A premium subscription removes advertising. Premium features and payments are not yet available; when they launch, the price, billing period and refund conditions will be shown before purchase and will be governed by these terms as updated at that time.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or accuracy. Rooms, scores and words may be lost at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself on the My account page. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction placeholder], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
